Update: Summer 2024
Get ready to TNR as soon a you can! While it is hot outside now, winter will be here before we know it.
Clinics continue to be challenged with with labor, for the most part, we are on track to TNR as usual again in 2024! Our Do It Yourself (DIY) TNR Program is still in place. Read more below.
We are here to support you by providing education on how to trap and transport your cats and to provide information on the clinics that can provide a discounted TNR package for your cat.
How DIY TNR Works!
Take the time to review the program details:
Our TNR program is all about you! The caretaker will do the trapping and transporting of the cat to a low-cost clinic. We’re here to help you learn how to do this, to provide a rented trap (if needed) and lend some tips and tricks. Best of all, our program gives you access to a discounted feral cat surgery package! You’ll make a donation to Triple R Pets for $50.00 and we’ll cover the rest. Your cat will receive a spay/neuter, rabies vaccine, distemper vaccine, treatment for parasites, a micro-chip and registration through Triple R Pets and ear-tip for identificaton once they are back with their colony.
Here are some documents and a video that you should read to learn more about our programs:

Submit a request for TNR support
Need a trap? Need some financial support for a large colony?
Our team will coordinate a pick-up of a trap. Please note that you will need to complete the Equipment Loan Agreement and make a deposit for the trap.
Our goal is to TNR every community cat we can, so for those who want to help, but do not have the funds, we offer financial support. We depend on the generosity of our donors to enable us to continue our subsidized TNR packages. Funding can be limited and is based on need. Simply ask for support and we will see what we can do.
Make your clinic appointment and trap and transport the cat
Sounds easy right? Be sure to watch the video on trapping for helpful tips about pre-baiting to ensure you are success at trapping the evening before your appointment.
Remember, never leave a trap unattended. Once the cat has been trapped, cover the trap completed with a towel or blanket and place in a safe place (air conditioned garage, basement, etc) for safe transport the next morning.
