Schedule a TNR Appointment at SSHS

Reserve your appointment on-line! Download and follow the instructions.

• Please note:

  • Each caretaker is limited to two appointments per day.

  • You can schedule out several weeks ahead of time.

  • You don’t need to have the specific cat information when you reserve your appointment, but you do need to come back the day before your appointment, before 6:00 pm and enter the specific cat information.

    • NOTE: If you do not update the information, you may forfeit your appointment! Volunteers will attempt to reach you to confirm, but with no specific cat information, your appointment will be forfeited.

  • If no appointment is available, you can join a waitlist, but there is no guarantee that an appointment will open up.

At 6pm the night before your appointment, the information is locked. If the specific cat information was not updated, your appointment may be canceled.‍ ‍

If you feel that you will NOT have a cat to bring in, we ask that you cancel your appointment as soon as you know, as another caretaker may need that appointment.

Triple R Pets reserves the right to decline appointments if we have chronic no-shows and to bill for no-shows. There generally is a waiting list to get into SSHS, so we need to be respectful of all our caretakers and the staff at SSHS.
